Alongside veterinary practices, we also operate pet crematoria, laboratories, a distribution centre, an online business and buying groups. We have seen significant growth as a business in recent years and have exciting plans to continue this growth and development.


Due to continued growth we currently have an excellent opportunity for a Residential Estate Manager to join our business in this newly created role.


We have a number of properties across our veterinary practice portfolio that have residential accommodation. Therefore, as Residential Estate Manager you will be responsible for ensuring full statutory compliance is reached and maintained, to provide end to end tenant management for non CVS employees involving; advertising empty properties, tenant due diligence, handover, inspections, check out, inventory etc. and to ensure that commercial opportunities are maximised.


To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within Residential Estate Management
  • A sound understanding of end to end management and compliance
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, of varying stages, at any time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels through a variety of mediums
  • Experience with facilities management would be advantageous

Travel:  Within this role you will be required to travel widely across our sites in the UK on a regular basis.
