This is for Equine Vets

‘In the CVS Equine division we have some of the UK’s leading equine practitioners, who are working together to provide clinically excellent – sometimes ground-breaking – standards of care for our patients and clients. The division has expanded rapidly over the last 18 months and we have significant further growth expected over the coming 18 months. We currently stand at 24 sites carrying out equine work, from mixed practices to state of the art equine hospitals.

As CVS’ Equine Director, since joining CVS, I have personally benefitted in developing skills in a dynamic environment and in taking on the leadership of a growing team of dedicated colleagues who share my passion for equine veterinary care. At a time when I am enjoying my career more than ever, my focus is now on providing the right environment, facilities and culture of development to benefit all my colleagues within the division, regardless of whether they are just starting their careers in equine or are highly experienced practitioners.

Our vision is to provide the highest standard of clinical care for our patients in a great working environment. All of our vets and nurses are provided with a wide range of training and development opportunities, both through in-house expertise and external development; including fully funded and supported qualifications for vets, such as certificates or diplomas.

Our Equine division is growing fast and growth brings great career opportunities for colleagues across both the division and the wider CVS Group – so there has never been a better time to join us.’
