Our reception teams are the first, and often last, point of contact that our patients and clients have – fulfilling a vital role in the success of all our practices and in ensuring we deliver an industry leading customer experience.

Our clients and patients visit us both in the happy times & the sad and the difference that the right approach our reception colleagues take, particularly in the sad times, can make a huge difference.

As a member of our reception team, you will benefit from the support of your practice colleagues and colleagues in the wider CVS Group who are all focused on ensuring we have leading systems to allow you to perform to the best of your abilities.
