We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Project Manager to join our businesses to manage various practice refurbishments, relocations and new sites across the Group and predominantly in the South East of the UK.
Within this role you will report directly to the Property Development Director and work closely with other key stakeholders in the business, to ensure that all allocated projects are completed to CVS' high standards, on time and to budget, whilst driving continuous employment and delivering project efficiencies and savings.
The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager who is familiar with organising an external consultant team, construction procurement and management and will ideally have some knowledge of lease and development agreements and acquisitions of land and property.
Please note that this is a property development role and applicants with facilities management experience only will not be considered.
