We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Insurance Administrator to join our team here at ChesterGates Veterinary Specialists.

This is a 6 month Fixed Term role working 20 hours per week.

Main Duties include:

• Processing pet insurance claims for clients
• Chasing insurance companies for payments
• Answering insurance queries both internally from colleagues and externally from clients
• Ensure insurance excesses are paid
• Ensure insurance forms are filled out correctly

At least 1 years customer service experience is essential and knowledge of pet insurance would be beneficial.
