Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Learning, Education and Development (LED) Co-ordinator to join our team at CVS working on a full time basis at our Wetherby training venue supporting our courses with some home-based working.
The successful candidate will be part of the LED administrative team which works together to ensure the efficient delivery of the LED portfolio for CVS. This includes the organisation of internal and external courses, contributing to the administration of our online learning, liaising with external and internal stakeholders as well as general administrative duties associated with LED.
The responsibilities and tasks of the LED team are wide and varied. These are organised into five main areas of work: internal CPD organisation, external CPD organisation, eLearning, apprenticeships and team organisation. While we would expect each member to have a basic knowledge of tasks associated with the different areas, each team member will have two areas that they will focus on.
