Our Careline Team was created in order to provide a vital service to some of our veterinary practices by acting as the first point of call for customers who want to contact these practices. Due to it's continued success we are now expanding our Careline Team and opening a brand new office in Wetherby.

As a Careline Advisor you will provide dedicated support to a small number of our vet practices. Acting as an extension of the practice teams, you will be responsible for providing first line telephone support to clients and their pets, such as booking appointments and consultations, taking important client and patient information and connecting callers with the relevant practice team members where appropriate (for calls such as patient updates and results).
The Careline Team provide support to our practices between Monday to Saturday and you will help provide this support, working on a rota basis. Alongside this, some infrequent and flexible night work may be available to you in the future.
