At Vet Direct we are looking for a Technical Support Nurse, who can use their nursing experiences to provide technical support across our business.


Vet Direct is a multi-functional shop for progressive veterinary practices; fulfilling consumable, uniform, instrument and equipment needs. Our drive is our people; who are knowledgeable and passionate about customer care and animal welfare.


The key aspects of the role include:

  • Supporting the product development team to provide quality assured and fit for purpose products
  • Driving knowledge excellence through our sales advisors to ensure practices know what to buy and how to use it
  • Delivering training solutions, guides and manuals for key equipment stocked
  • Supporting the repairs department and liaising with manufacturers to resolve technical queries and warranties
  • Co-ordinating the loan service for equipment and orthopaedic kits


Skills and experience required:

  • It is essential that you are a qualified veterinary nurse
  • Surgical and orthopaedic knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to be able to work at pace and thrive on change
  • Able to advance as the role evolves, at the same pace as veterinary advancements
  • Excellent communication
  • Microsoft package knowledge
  • Positive and organised outlook to work.


Salary: £24000 per annum + Benefits
