Recruiter - High Volume - Support Office

We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join us a Recruiter, where you will look after recruitment for some of our non-clinical vacancies. These are vacancies that are very popular and attract a high volume of applications and as well as attraction activities, you will be responsible for providing shortlisting, screening and interview coordination support to our hiring managers. Alongside this, you will also play a part in enhancing and evolving the recruitment process for some of our high volume vacancies with the implementation of situational judgement testing (SJT), ability assessments and video interviews.


In the role, you will work as part of a team to deliver a fantastic recruitment service to your colleagues across the CVS Group. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full end to end recruitment lifecycle for permanent and fixed term contract vacancies - utilising a range of cost effective attraction channels
  • Managing internal stakeholder relationships
  • Vacancy progress tracking and reporting
  • Advert creation and placement
  • Assisting in projects focused on the development of our recruitment and selection methods for high volume vacancies
  • Managing and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS)


To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A passion for recruitment and people
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with experience managing vacancies that attract a high volume of applications AND managing a high number of vacancies at one time
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and to multiple and changing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders across all mediums
  • Proven experience managing a busy and demanding workload

Location: The role will be based in our offices in Diss, Norfolk, however, it is likely that your initial months in the role will be based remotely from home.The role will also involve occasional travel to other key CVS sites, such as Wetherby and events through the year as required.


Team: You will be joining an experienced and supportive Recruitment Team of 12, who are responsible for looking after both permanent and locum talent attraction across the entire CVS group.
