Customer Service Advisor - Healthy Pet Club
Are you passionate about providing great customer service?
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our successful Healthy Pet Club team to be based at our new CVS offices in Wetherby on a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
Healthy Pet Club is a loyalty scheme for pet owners which offers a range of benefits which are designed to save them money. Our health care plans are a cost-effective way to provide pets with the best possible preventative care.
We are looking for someone who has previous customer service experience. Initially the role will include dealing with email enquiries from practices and clients that come in to the team.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Ensure membership data is entered into the system promptly and accurately
- Resolve membership related queries and complaints promptly from both members and practices
- Conveying the pricing structure of HPC schemes to prospects and members
- Reduce cancellation rates by clearly stating the benefits and savings of the scheme
- Deal directly with customers and practices electronically by telephone and email
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Basic level of computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills across all channels including verbal & written
- Good listening skills
- Adaptable and able to work off own initiative
- Basic Excel skills for reporting
