Administrator - Debt focus - Earls Hall Veterinary Group

The Earls Hall Veterinary Group has four branches comprising of a veterinary hospital and three branch surgeries. We have a commitment to continuous investment both in our surgeries and equipment, and in the training and further education of our staff.

Are you an experienced Administrator who has previously worked in debt management? 

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us here at Earls Hall. We are currently looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis to manage our debt accounts. The role would be practice based, and we are looking for someone who is confident with difficult conversations and has an excellent customer service manner.

Within this role you will be:

  • Required to call and manage the practice debt process from start to finish
  • Call clients to ask for money and deal with account issues directly with clients
  • Required to cover in local practice as required for staff shortage etc.

Successful candidates will:

  • Have experience in debt management
  • Confident in working with third parties to reclaim debt
  • Have strong data inputting and excel skills
  • Ability to track and monitor debt within the practice
  • Knowledge of CVS debt protocol
