Accounts Payable Clerk (6 month FTC) - Support Office



We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract here at our Support Office in Diss. 


This is a full time position where you will be working 37.5 hours a week. Ideally you will have previous experience in Purchase Ledger processing high amounts of invoices. Our ideal applicant will have a willingness to learn and be a team player. You will need to be computer literate and have strong communication skills.


Within this role, some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Accurate, high volume invoice processing and entry
  • Resolving supplier and internal queries in a timely manner
  • Ensuring PL policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Preparing manual payment cheques
  • Supplier list maintenance
