Referral Director

Applications are welcomed for the role of Referral Director with CVS Group Plc, the UK's leading integrated provider of veterinary services. The successful candidate will lead the prestigious Referral Hospital Division within the group, consisting of 9 world class tertiary veterinary referral hospitals, filled with globally renowned veterinary specialists. The division has grown extremely strongly over the last 5 years, and we are excited to continue that growth with significant planned investment. The successful candidate will oversee an ambitious growth plan, whilst continuing to nurture our culture of clinical excellence and people first. Experience in management of highly qualified professionals is essential, as are world class interpersonal skills. Commercial acumen is an equally important quality, and candidates should be able to demonstrate this in their career experience to date. Travel is an essential part of the role but this will be within the UK in large part, at least initially. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will also join the operations executive team, which lead the key strategic decisions for the group in the areas of operations, marketing, and property.
