Purchase Ledger Clerk (3 month FTC) - Support Office


We are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance Team here in Diss to work on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract. 


This is a full time position where you will be required to work a 37.5 hour week.


Within this role, some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Accurate, high volume invoice processing and entry
  • Resolving supplier and internal queries in a timely manner
  • Ensuring PL policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Preparing manual payment cheques
  • Supplier list maintenance

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • IT literacy, particularly with regard to Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven Purchase Ledger experience
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and contribute to its shared success
