Alongside veterinary practices, we also operate pet crematoria, laboratories, a distribution centre, an online business and buying groups.
Our property portfolio includes over 500 sites; ranging from long-established converted residential properties to new purpose built facilities, state of the art laboratories, leased and freehold offices and warehousing. Due to continued growth we are now looking for a Property Project Manager to join our team on an 18 month FTC.
As Property Project Manager, you will manage a number of concurrent projects that cover veterinary practice refurbishments, relocations and new sites. In the role, you will work as part of a close knit Property Projects Team, alongside experienced colleagues in our wider Property Department that, alongside Property Development, includes; Estates, Property Legal and Health & Safety.

Location: This role takes responsibility for property projects in the South East of the UK and will require regular travel to project sites across this geography. On occasion, the role may also require working on key project further afield and there will also be the need to travel to team/department meetings and events in the UK (meetings will be monthly with events more infrequent), therefore, some overnight stays may be required. When not on site, the role will be home based, however, depending on your location, there may be the possibility for office space within a CVS veterinary practice close to you if preferred.
