Highcroft Referrals is recruiting an Oncology Intern to join our specialist-led oncology department. This will be a one-year post; however, satisfactory completion of the internship will lead on to the offer of a three-year ECVIM-CA residency in oncology (subject to ECVIM-CA approval).
Highcroft Referrals is an expanding multi-disciplinary referral hospital based in Bristol, with specialists in oncology, internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, anaesthesia, soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, neurology, dermatology and ophthalmology.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated oncology intern who is committed to practising the highest standards of veterinary medicine and patient care and who would relish the opportunity to further their career, improve their knowledge base and technical skills.
A minimum of twelve months experience working as a qualified Veterinary Surgeon in small animal practice in the UK is desirable, and most candidates should have a previous rotating internship in a specialist hospital. Applicants must be an MRCVS by the date the internship starts, and ideally by the date of application and interview.
