Office Administrator - Silvermere Crematorium

We are recruiting an Office Administrator to join our team.

 

This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

 

Your duties will involve the day to day use of Sage 200 and a bespoke, in-house system, as well as general office duties such as faxing, photocopying filing and dealing with any enquiries from customers either on the telephone or face to face.

 

Due to the sensitive nature of our business, we are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate, friendly and confident. You will be required to speak to owners of deceased pets and give time and support where needed, always dealing with customers in a courteous manner.

 

Our ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience of using Sage Line 200 (or comparator) and be familiar with Microsoft office. Being familiar with taking credit card payments would be preferable.
