Internal Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) - Support Office

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team on a fixed term contract covering maternity leave for approximately 1 year.

Within this role you will work as part of a supportive and passionate team who deliver a fantastic recruitment service for both permanent and locum staff across the whole business.

Our 17 strong recruitment team consists of Consultants and Administrators, with each consultant having responsibility for either a geographical area of the business or for divisions of the business.

Within this role you will report into the Lead Recruit for the South practice division. 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full end to end recruitment life-cycle for permanent roles - using a range of attraction channels
  • Directly sourcing candidates via multiple methods both nationally and internationally
  • Candidate screening and interviewing
  • Defining, evaluating and recommending candidate attraction methods
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • To guide and support hiring managers on the full recruitment process
  • Vacancy progress tracking and reporting
  • Advert creation and placement
  • Managing and updating our permanent recruitment system
  • Training new hiring managers on our recruitment software both individually and in group sessions

  • Previous recruitment experience

This role would suit an experienced recruiter with a passion and focus on service delivery.

Interviews for the role will take place early January 2021 with a view to start the role mid February.
