Insurance and Debt Collection Administrator - Fixed Term Contract - Highcroft Vet Group

Are you an experienced Administrator?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us here at Highcroft Clue House. We are currently looking for someone to join us to manage our Insurance Claims and Debt Collections. The role would be practice based, and we are looking for someone who is confident with difficult conversations and has an excellent customer service manner. This role is open to both full time and part time applicants, and will be on a fixed term contract between 6 & 12 months.

Within this role you will be:

  • Required to call and manage the practice debt process from start to finish
  • Call clients to ask for money and deal with account issues directly with clients
  • Processing direct insurance claim form and be responsible for managing the insurance claim process for all clients.

Successful candidates will:

  • Be confident in working with third parties to reclaim debt
  • Have strong data inputting and excel skills
  • Have the ability to track and monitor debt within the practice
  • Have knowledge of CVS debt protocol
  • Have knowledge of direct insurance claims
