We are looking for a confident experienced Vet, who has a passion for mentoring and leadership and a drive for implementing ongoing improvement and effective processes that will enable our practice to grow. This could be a step up for you and a brilliant opportunity to lead and nurture a friendly, close knit, team or you may have already been in a similar role. You will have autonomy, arrange Vet meetings and clinical audits and with all the admin supported by your Practice Manager. Our aim is to deliver exceptional customer care to our local loyal clients. You will have a mix of ops and consult days, you choose!
Our practice is situated in the market town of Aylsham, close to the north Norfolk coasts and a short drive away to Norwich City. This position will be up to 40 hours per week, (negotiable), with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. Part time applications will also be considered. We understand that you need a work life balance and are happy to say we have no out of hours or on call commitments. We love doing what we do and our greatest source of pride is providing 15 minute consultations to give the best possible care.
This is a role which will allow you to maintain your clinical skills whilst utilising and developing people leadership and business management skills. Experience in the promotion and development of colleagues along with good knowledge of practice financial stability and growth would be an advantage. A comprehensive suite of training is available and you will also be supported by an experienced Senior Practice Director.
Salary up to £75,000 FTE per annum, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
