Animed Direct was established in 2010 and sells animal medicines, pet food and accessories to customers across the UK, as well as managing distribution of a growing number of own-brand medicines to our circa 400 vet practices across the country.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Service Team. In this role, you will work as part of a team to ensure customer queries and orders are efficiently responded to and resolved.
Some of your key accountabilities include the following:
Liaising directly with customers by telephone, email or social media and consistently providing customer service excellence.
Resolving queries and complaints promptly and efficiently. Recording details or enquiries, comments and complaints. Responding to Trust Pilot reviews.
To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
Excellent communication skills across all channels including verbal & written Basic IT skills (including Excel for reporting) and the willingness to learn new skills and systems.
Excellent attention to detail. The ability to effectively build rapport with customers. Customer service experience.
