Buying Group Members Administrator - Support Office

Due to continued growth here at CVS Group plc we now have an exciting opportunity available for a Buying Group Operations Facilitator to join our Buying Groups team in Diss, Norfolk.  

In this role you will be working closely with our internal and external contacts dealing with queries, managing and processing rebates, and supporting the team with general office duties.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Upload and process incoming data from wholesalers
  • Calculate and process rebates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support the Buying Groups with all financial information collation for sales team and head office
  • Create and develop workflow patterns to accommodate office requirements, task set and diary commitments
  • Liaise with members on queries, complaints and member benefits and record engagements accurately
  • General office duties to ensure high standard of organisation and data protection compliance
  • Improving services and making suggestions to gain profitability
  • Implementing and co-ordinating office based projects
  • Actively implements methods to improve performance of responsibilities to ensure the budget is met, on own initiative.
  • Administrative tasks including the processing of payments and monies and the maintenance of records, including Salesforce.
  • Processing documents and updating protocols as necessary
  • Have an awareness of additional services offered by the business and who best to refer the client to, actively building on relationships and knowledge of partnering companies
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and respond to complaints in accordance with the complaints protocol
  • Obtain strong brand awareness and understanding of competitor activities in order to understand what the marketplace offers and what the needs of members may be and improve our offering to add real value

 

 To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Intermediate user of Microsoft, in particular Excel and Word, with knowledge of Salesforce an advantage
  • Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Assertive and sensitive communicator to internal and external customers
  • Understanding of profit and loss statements an advantage
  • Problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, initiative and self-motivation
