A new opportunity has arisen for a Branch Administrator  to work 40 hours a week The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, an excellent eye for detail and strong organisational skills. 

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to their work and will be a great team player also.

 

The duties of the role are as follows: 

  • Ensure accurate completion of all Practice administrative tasks including the processing of payments and monies and the maintenance of clients' records.
  • Ensure that all documentation is processed as per practice protocol and in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that deliveries and dispatches are processed correctly.
  • Proactively take action to ensure the debt position within the Practice is fully controlled and that Debt Recovery Protocols are being followed in order to achieve target including Debt Tagging and the managing of unallocated payments.
  • Have an awareness of additional services offered by the Practice (i.e. pet bereavement counselling) and who best to refer the client to.
  • Understand and support the Practice Management team in the implement the current Health and Safety and COSHH regulations, supporting both compliance and training.
  • Work in accordance with the CVS Health and Wellbeing manuals and other CVS protocols and policies as required.
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for all employees and customers through the maintenance of the Practice premises.
  • Work in collaboration with the team to recommend, co-ordinate and manage local marketing activities and implement the CVS Marketing timetable.
  • Provide key information to customers and employees through the effective use of noticeboards, social media and other channels of communication.
  • Obtain strong brand awareness and understanding of competitor activities in order to know the local community and customer needs.
  • Understand and actively promote the Healthy Pet Club Scheme both internally and externally in order to meet sales targets and active patient numbers to meet net gain targets.
