Ambulatory Equine Vet - B&W Equine

Exciting opportunity for an Ambulatory Equine Vet in South Wales!

Are you looking for a role that allows for further development?  Do you want to join a modern and forward thinking practice?  Would you like to work in a fantastic area that affords easy access to not only Cardiff but also beaches and mountains?

We require an Ambulatory Equine Vet to join our Cardiff clinic.  We are part of B&W Equine and we employ over 40 vets in total.

We are looking for a hard working and dedicated individual to join our 5 Vet team at our Cardiff clinic.  We are an experienced team and can offer you the chance for further development.

This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract to cover maternity initially but could become a permanent position in the future.

Your clients will range from family pony owners to competition riders and you will have the best mobile equipment (DR, ultrasound, endoscope, gastroscope, motorised dental equipment) at your disposal to enable you to deliver optimal client care either at the clients' yard or at the clinic.

Not only will you have the support of your local team but also the backup of a state-of-the-art fully equipped equine hospital supported by Surgical, Medical and Imaging Diplomats.

The hours are full time (45), currently working as a compressed hour 4 day week with  a shared on call rota.

A competitive package is available for the right candidate, including: CPD allowance; VDS cover and a company pool car. As part of a wider CVS group, further benefits such as shares schemes, Gym flex and further discounts for personal animal care also available.

For further information please contact site manager, Ryan Hughes, 01443 225010.
