This is for Graduates 2019
‘Our Mission is to provide a mentorship & training framework within which new graduates can grow & develop into independent, happy, enthusiastic, motivated, proactive, team-orientated veterinary professionals with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to thrive in first opinion practice.’
Are you looking for a complete two year graduate programme, designed by experienced vets, which will fully support you in your first two years in practice? If so, you’ve come to the right place!
What about a graduate programme that offers you tailored support, development and CPD in a choice of disciplines ranging from our most popular Small Animal and extending to Equine, Large Animal and Mixed roles too?
How about a programme that offers you the right support network and clinical mentoring in your practice, as well as dedicated CPD days throughout the year - CPD days that allow you to share experiences with fellow graduates, whilst also supporting you with clinical skills, business insight, wellbeing support and resilience techniques from the start?
We are extremely proud of the CVS Graduate Programme and have supported over 400 brilliant graduates with the programme since 2015. We are always learning and working hard to constantly evolve the programme each year – in order to provide you with the best support and opportunity for your first years in practice.
We are now welcoming applications for the CVS Graduate Programme 2019 and will be holding assessment days at locations in the South West, South East, Midlands, North of England and Scotland in early 2019.
If you are a newly qualified Vet available for work now then please view all graduate jobs and apply today.

We have over 450 practice sites across the UK and have some fantastic openings at our practices for the 2018 Graduate Programme. The list would be too long if we named every practice with Graduate Programme opportunities for 2018, so instead, please see below just a handful of the small animal, equine, large animal and mixed practices where positions will be available in 2018. Don’t worry if your preferred practice or location isn’t on the list – you are able to let us know the type of practice and location/s or practice/s you would like to work in when you apply.

We know that choosing your first role after graduating is an important choice and also believe that recruitment is very much a two way process. Therefore, we aim to make the process of interviewing as informative for you as it is for us. So if you are successful in your application and invited to one of our assessment days, you will not only undertake a series of stretching but enjoyable exercises designed to help us learn more about you but, also, will get the chance to meet some of our experienced vets and leaders, as well as hearing from vets who are currently enrolled on the CVS Graduate Programme.
