In the CVS Small Animal division we have some of the UK’s outstanding first opinion practitioners and work together through initiatives such as our Governance Committees, to provide clinical excellence and gold standard care for our patients and clients. We have a large network of practices and surgeries across the Group, ranging from sole charge sites through to large tier 3 hospital sites employing over 75 colleagues.

We are the largest integrated veterinary business in the UK and a great many of our 1600+ vets work within small animal, first opinion practices. Our people are our most important asset and, in addition to normal CPD activities, we constantly focus on development opportunities for our colleagues, including; fully supported and funded certificates, a leading graduate scheme for early careers and management & business leadership development for colleagues who have taken on or are looking to take on leadership positions.
